To ensure a safe and smooth experience for both Creators and Buyers, we've outlined the journey from start to finish.

1. For Creators: Selling Your "Skills"

Share your expertise, passion, and digital content with those who need it most.

Prepare Your Profile

Go to "My Page" and complete your Stripe integration. This includes identity verification and bank account settings, which are mandatory to receive payouts.

Create Your Store

Click the "Create New Listing" button. Set up your service details (Text consultation, Online calls, Video content, In-person sessions, etc.) and your price.

Set Up Application Questions

You can set up to 3 pre-purchase questions. By understanding the buyer's goals and current situation beforehand, you can prevent any mismatch in expectations.

Review & Approve Requests

Check the requests from potential buyers and select "Approve" or "Decline." Once approved, the buyer will be able to proceed to payment.

Start the Service

Once payment is completed, a dedicated chat room will open. Use this space to exchange messages or share links for Zoom, YouTube, Discord, etc. to deliver your service.

Request Completion

After delivering all services, send a "Completion Request" via the chat screen. The transaction is officially finalized once the buyer approves it.

2. For Buyers: Purchasing Skills & Content

Get personalized support and high-quality skills directly from creators and experts.

Apply for a Service

On the listing page, answer the creator's pre-purchase questions and submit your request.

Payment & Chat Access

Once the creator approves your request, you can proceed to payment. After payment, you will be instantly guided to your dedicated chat room.

Receiving the Service

Communicate with the creator via chat. Receive your service through messages or provided links to external tools (Zoom, YouTube, Discord, etc.).

Approve Completion

When the creator sends a "Completion Request," review the service provided. If everything is correct, click "Approve" to finalize the transaction.

Feedback

Rate your experience! Leaving a review helps maintain a trustworthy community for everyone.

3. Safety & Support

GritVib is committed to providing a secure environment for all users.

Dispute Resolution

If a problem occurs—such as "service not delivered after payment" or "communication has stopped"—you can file a "Dispute." Our team will investigate and assist with progress or issue a refund if necessary.
